JOB SUMMARY
JOB SUMMARY
- Organizing, managing and safely directing production supervisors in manufacturing production activities.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental activities to fulfill production schedule requirements, inventory requirements, to deliver quality manufactured products on time.
- Coordinate production activities with other departments to obtain optimum quality production and utilization of human resources.
- Must possess strong team building, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and a sense of urgency.
- Must have strong leadership skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations
Job Requirements
- Five plus years experience in a high volume process oriented environment, preferably in molded polyurethane foam is highly desired,
- 3 to 5 years of which is direct supervisory/management experience.
- An understanding of LEAN manufacturing
- This position requires that the person be highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently.
- Requires a Bachelors Degree or 5 to 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience and responsibilities
