My client, an international manufacturer of commercial HVAC-R equipment, is looking for a talented Director to lead their engineering group. You???ll lead this group as they
design new products, modify their existing designs, develop new test procedures, and improve production techniques. Location of this opportunity is in central Virginia.
Your Role
•
Forecast operating costs of several departments, and lead the preparation of budget requests
•
Regularly interact and communicate with organizational leaders, clients and officials, and conduct negotiations on critical issues
•
Maintain a working knowledge of new technologies, and watch for industry trends
Qualifications
•
BS plus 15 years of relevant engineering and leadership experience
•
Legally able to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship
