Direct Hire Perm - Swing Shift
We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our SWING SHIFT operation.
Responsibilities include supervision and oversight of swing shift production and personnel and will include:
-Ensuring the team is consistently hitting target production numbers and costs.
-Supervising and managing all food safety and quality programs.
-Performing all tasks as a hands-on manager.
We would like to see candidate with strong communication and leadership skills, with applicable production supervision experience and skills. An ability to work in a refrigerated, industrial environment is also a MUST.
This role is for a SWING shift, so please apply only if you are able to work on an off-shift.
