In response to requests for a follow-up workshop in the Las Vegas area, Flavorseal is pleased to announce their sponsorship of an additional two-day conference on ROP and HACCP, scheduled for November 14 and 15 at the Luxor Hotel.
Although the topic of this workshop is similar to the previous one, the purpose of this program is to more specifically address the issues of cook-chill, sous vide and vacuum packaging and the proper ways they should be addressed in a HACCP plan. The workshop is presented by Dr. Brian Nummer, a Food Microbiologist and Extension Specialist from Utah State University with Chef Tim Franks from Flavorseal as a featured speaker.
