- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in Injection Molding and mold maintenance
- Familiar with a variety of technical concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Experience and ability to lead and direct the work of others
- ISO 9000, GMP knowledge/experience
- Computer knowledge – Microsoft Office 2003 or above and Enterprise software experience
- Must pass pre-employment qualification exam
Additional Requirements
- Act as a working manager and be involved in the hands on day-to-day technical issues as well as managing the injection molding PrA department
- Willingness and ability to work alternative/elongated hours as needed (night and weekend, on occasion)
- Willingness and ability to travel for initial training and stay for 4-6 weeks abroad
- Needs to be a pioneer (not administrator) willing to multi task and to develop the department
- Profound knowledge and experience in Injection Molding of comparable parts
- Experience in mold maintenance
