We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have been selected as headline sponsors for the prestigious BRC Global Conference to be held in London next March. This conference is used as the forum for providing the BRC Global Food Safety Standard third party certification bodies with the information they will require to audit successfully to the new Issue 6 of the Standard, which applies from 1st January 2012.
Given that non food supplies, such as equipment and fixtures can, do, and have in the past presented a risk to the food safety of food products, this is a convenient marriage. Our express aim is to provide the certification bodies with some information that will help them assess credible risk from this source, as part of their audit against the BRC Global Food Safety Standard overall. And it is certainly going to help us get the message and mission behind HACCP International certification of non food products across.
