HACCP Success
12 delegates have successfully gained certification in Level 2 HACCP Understanding run by SALSA at the BHA Offices, in London last week. The course delivered by SALSA HACCP trainer Gill Palmer was very well received providing valuable guidance and advice to delegates on the understating and application of HACCP in their business.
