SALSA is pleased to announce four HACCP Level 2 courses for 2012. Regional venues have been confirmed with dates available in; April, June, September and October. The courses are designed to be highly interactive and will help delegates gain a sound knowledge of HACCP and the confidence to apply it within their businesses.
An understanding of HACCP is essential to produce safe and local food products and gain SALSA certification. SALSA has developed a practical an interactive course that is entirely aimed at the needs of individual businesses.
Jon Poole, SALSA Chair to Governance said " unlike many off-the-shelf programmes, SALSA's HACCP courses build on its considerable experience working with small businesses in order to provide very pragmatic training and guidance on complying with regulatory requirements".
